7 Definitions
A CUSTOMER IS-
1) The most important person in any business.
2) Not dependent on us. We are dependent on them.
3) Not an interruption of our work. They are the purpose of it.
4) Doing us a favor when they call. We are not doing them a favor by waiting on them.
5) Part of our business, not just an outsider.
6) A person who comes to us with their needs and wants. It is our job to fill them.
7) The lifeblood of this and every business. Without them, we would have to close the doors and we will never forget it!
